Host was very responsive to a few issues. Overall great place. Not ideal having to park on the street and sometimes had to park 2 blocks away but that seems to be the norm all over Seattle. Great walking only one block to Safeway grocery store.

We only stayed for one night, but the hosts were communicative and warm, and the property was as expected: comfortable, spacious, clean, and very close to the downtown Ballard area.

Location was good. Kitchen was nice. Beds were comfy. The weather was nice so we sat on the rooftop but the covered furniture had large pools of water that had to be drained off. The walls could use a new coat of paint and the carpet needs a good shampoo.
