For students wanting to pursue postgraduate studies, it’s just 1 km from the Real Madrid University School and 2 km from the International University of Alcobendas.

Right next to the building is the Mercadona supermarket, very convenient for daily shopping.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.-During the summer season, access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the apartment; visitors are not permitted. We also kindly ask that you respect the community rules and the peace and quiet of other residents, avoiding any behavior that may cause disturbance.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
