Great location. Need to know it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator.

Cristiana provided exceptional hospitality. The canal views are truly spectacular. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, and the property offered ample bathrooms and a small but equipped kitchen. We occupied all six bedrooms and were particularly impressed by the decor, which accurately reflected the provided images. The location is highly convenient, being situated near a water bus stop and in close proximity to the train station.

10/10. Great property and great location. Our water taxi from the airport dropped off 100ft away from the front door. Our host was great! She reached out to me the morning we arrived and checked us in early, which was very much welcomed! When we met her from the boat, she did a full tour of the property and explained everything. We had 12 in our family group and stayed in both the 3rd and 4th floor apartments. They can be separate or connected through an additional door so it worked perfectly. The bathrooms and air conditioning were wonderful.Everything is you need is what I would call “Venice close.” Meaning it’s close distance-wise, but the maze of corridors and bridges will make the walk seem longer. From this property you can reach any part of Venice in 30 minutes walking, if you know the route. Would definitely stay here again!
