Apartment on the first floor located in the Historic Centre of Venice, a few steps from Ca' d'Oro and only 10 minutes' walk from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of a dining room and a small kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Extra bed available on request (sofa bed in the room). Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. There is a lot to recommend this apartment. The beds are comfortable, the views are excellent and you feel that you are right in the heart of Venice. The kitchen is a bit basic if you wanted to do a lot of cooking - but why would you in Venice! The only potential downside is that it is quite noisy during the day as it is right on the corner of two canals including the main artery to and from the airport. However it quietens down at night and we slept well.

Absolutely lovely. The apartment was spacious and very clean. But mostly the location was absolutely amazing!! We were close to everything and still felt we lived in the neighborhoods with the locals!! Big shout out to the restaurant just across the apartment- the best pasta in Venice!

Apartment was in a great location - away from crowds but walking distance to everything. However, outside the apartment was VERY noisy at night and in the mornings. I stayed two nights and the first night there was no hot water - none at all for 5 people to shower. View from window was awesome. Washing machine was a big plus. Nice size apartment for a family of 5. No compensation for lack of hot water.
