The apartment was a wonderful location- so close to San Marco you could see the clappers ringing the bell. It was quiet, clean, with enough space for a family of 4. My only hesitation is if air conditioning matters to you, it did not work super well. We visited during a heat wave but the other places we stayed at were able to handle cooling the bedrooms. We would definitely visit again.

We stayed in Venice for two nights. The apartment was in the heart of San Marco square! Awesome location! Communication with the Venice apartment staff was great. Veronica gave us good directions to our place, so we had no trouble finding it once we got in. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the AC was excellent! Four flights of stairs to apartment, do not recommend bringing large luggage. All in all, 10/10 definitely recommend!

The property is not that well clean.

The apartment itself was ok, the bedding could have been better. The stairway to the apartment smelled as a cat had used it as a bathroom for a number of years. My kids held their breath and went up and down the steps as fast as possible. The alleyway to the building door is also a little sketchy….it had garbage, bird poop, and the waiters from the restaurant out front used it to smoke. I had no problems with the company renting the apartment, they were super helpful with water taxis and getting into the apartment
