In Berry, in the Brenne region, near the Creuse Valley, on a working farm, a typical Berry-style house with a private garden and shared courtyard overlooks a pond teeming with biodiversity.

The highlights: space, nature, activities starting right from the property, and comfort are all included. The shared courtyard provides parking for three vehicles. It is shared with another accommodation and the workshop of a basket weaver.

Access to the house is via an entrance hall, leading to a living room with a lounge area, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, and a laundry room. There is also access to the terrace and private garden.

On the ground floor, the "Bignonne" bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and two additional single beds (80 x 190 cm, 24 cm high). The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen, towels and kitchen linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 22 kWh per day available (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).

A little clarification for the arrival:
If Google guides you, it is better to arrive by the hamlet of "Les Nébilons" then follow the signs "Les Druidets". Strangely, Google does not draw the road for a few hundred meters, but it does exist and is preferable, it is the official access (!)
Sometimes, Google makes cars arrive by Luzeret and the forest crossing, (private road) the path passes along the bank of the Malicorne pond: it is less comfortable by car, even if it passes.
