Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
Overlooking world-class Millbrook golf course, Aroha Homestead is the ultimate rural lifestyle property - a fantastic choice for families or larger groups, with five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests.
Designed with an open-plan layout, high feature ceilings, and luxurious finishes throughout, the homestead is built for entertaining. Two living areas, each with a large open fireplace, sit alongside a fully equipped kitchen and butler`s pantry. The main house holds four bedrooms, while a separate self-contained unit houses the fifth, complete with its own lounge, kitchen and courtyard — ideal for grandparents, a nanny, or anyone wanting extra privacy.
Outdoor living is a highlight here: take a dip in the private infinity pool or spa, or settle by the outdoor wood fire beneath the sheltered seating area, taking in the mountain views. A Sonos sound system lets you play different music throughout the various zones of the home and grounds, while a petanque court, generous outdoor furniture, and a BBQ area round out the outdoor entertaining options.
The location is superb - just a short walk to Millbrook Resort`s golf course, restaurants, bars, and spa facilities, under 5 minutes` drive to central Arrowtown, and moments from some of the region`s best cellar doors and restaurants.
Guests have full access to the property, including the swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court, garden, and BBQ area. A complimentary concierge service is available to help with activity and restaurant bookings, along with a range of in-house services.
Driving directions will be sent shortly before arrival.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.
A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
