House was very clean and comfortable. Easy Uber Ride to downtown. Parking was easy, right in front of the house. We had 6 adults and we were very comfortable. We'll be back!

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Nashville. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and were able to hangout on Broadway but stay in a quiet, perfectly furnished home!! I would stay here again in a second, Matt was so responsive and welcoming!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the cleanliness could use a bit more attention. Some areas didn’t feel as thoroughly cleaned as we expected.
