We travelled with our three grandkids and the house was the perfect size. Everything you needed was at this location and touring around the Monterey Bay Area was great. Definitely book this house if you are visiting this area! Thank you for the fabulous lodging!

Great for our family vacation in Monterey. Location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Big Sur, Monterey, Moss Landing and Santa Cruz.

This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!

overall nice place. We had been traveling a week before we got there so I was really looking forward to using the washer & dryer. We couldn't get it to work so i messaged. The most irritating part is, as of writing this, I never got a response. Got back yesterday. We did some trouble shooting and did end up getting the washer to work. The other irritating thing is, the coffee was instant coffee with a really nice coffee maker. We had to run to Walmart to buy coffee. Not fun after we just had gotten back from there. The place was clean & a decent price...but communication was crap. I'm not sure an actual person ever knew we were there.
