The location and the view were magnificent. We loved the pool too.

Great place, great location, great host! The sargassum grass situation wasn't ideal, but there is nothing the host can do about that. Could have been better water pressure and elevator, but the restaurant/bar and pool area were excellent. Also, the on-site boat ramp and dockage are very convenient for boat owners and anglers like us. Good times!

This unit is beautiful, and the view is incredible!We have been staying at Ocean Pointe for years and this unit is by far the best one we have stayed in. It was very easy to book with the owner, Keith and he responded to every message I sent him in a relatively short time! We will definitely book with him again.

Host is responsive, the view is amazing, and this unit is conveniently located by the elevator. We were not able to utilize the balcony as we were strictly prohibited to access it due to building repairs. This unit could use a good cleaning (dust on fixtures, broken glass in the dish cabinet, utensils and cookware still had food on them). The hair conditioner unit is still broke in the owners bathroom. We were lucky enough not to have neighbors most of the week because once they arrived, you could hear them above you (moving chairs around all night) and next door (loud tv). Pool is huge and rules for the pool area and tennis courts are not enforced, which I guess is good for people who have pets (seen dogs and a pet bird hanging out on pool deck and tennis court areas). Overall, it wasn’t horrible but don’t think I would stay in this particular unit again.
