LOCATION (LESS CROWDED BEACH!):
Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores. You can also walk to the pier and you’re close to all the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach dining, shopping, and attractions.
SMOKE-FREE BUILDING:
🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located on the ground floor.
HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
🏖️ Check-out: 10:00 AM

I could not rate this experience higher. We received a fair price, had excellent communication, even received recommendations of things to do on our stay! The room was clean and exactly what we expected it to be. We will be back!

One of the cleanest condominiums we’ve stayed in. Jason Willis was a pleasure to work with. Everything went perfectly.

This is an adorable unit for a small family. The location feels private, while still being close to the action. The bunks are just the right size for younger children and having two bathrooms is a huge plus!
I can't say enough nice things about Jason. He is super responsive and kind!
