We were beyond pleased with the property and would recommend to this property to any large groups that want to enjoy the Cote d’azur area. The view was phenomenal, the property is well stocked, the pool is perfect. We made it to Antibes, Mougins, Nice, and Monaco from this location within 30 minutes or less.

We have stayed at the l villa now on several occasions and it has never disappointed. Yannick and his team always ensure that everything runs smoothly. Thank you!

Once again a great stay, excellent communication with Yannick and nothing too much trouble! You really help ensure we have a smooth week.

The view and my first impression were as beautiful as the photos and that part cannot be ignored. UNFORTUNATELY, there were many issues once we went beyond the surface level. - Wifi is so bad that it's impossible to work from the house. It's actually impossible to even send a text message or make a phone call from downstairs - No door bell to the property. You have to call someone inside. Which is a problem since with no Wifi they can't receive your call. - In the kitchen, one of the fridge didn't work, ruining most of our food. -Most the plates were chipped and many of the silverware broken. - The most serious problem are the bedrooms. They smell like mold. They look clean but if you look beyond the fresh layer of paint, there is mold everywhere and it smells like it. Which make a week long stay unpleasant and even unhealthy. - No hand soap in the bathrooms. Two hair dryers for 7 bedrooms. - The bed of the upstairs bedroom is so bad and squeaky that no one could use that room. - The house looked clean at surface level but there were cigarette buds, rusty nails in the garden, old electrical wires and screws in the bedroom.... - At first the team answered when we had problems but after couple days, they just ignored us. Actually, I've sent them a note about those problems and received no response. I'm disappointed. It's a nice place for a one night, it is not for a longer stay. 2.5 stars mostly for the view.
