Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Great 2-night stay on the 15th floor with views of the strip, microwave mini kitchen with utensils/plates! Unit owner communicated very well to accommodate our family needs answering questions we had prior to check-in. Valet parking was included and the staff were all very friendly. Definitely plan on staying here again next time we're in Vegas.

This place was perfect for an intimate girls weekend getaway! The view of the strip was beautiful but since it's on the end of the strip it was still nice and quiet for sleeping. We had so much fun and the staff at the hotel were wonderfully helpful. The place was really clean and it was so nice to have the kitchenette which a lot of rooms in Vegas seem to lack. Having the Monorail station downstairs also saved us money getting around the strip. We had zero complaints and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the room. Beds were comfortable and we cooked dinner a couple nights. Would stay there again if we are in Las Vegas.
