Convenience continues with a well-appointed bathroom on the ground floor, equipped with a shower cabin.



Moving to the first floor, you'll encounter an expansive and airy living room, thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. Equipped with air conditioning and featuring a beautiful fireplace, large windows, and a spacious veranda, this living space seamlessly blends classic and modern furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
