Discover the beauty of waterway living in this gorgeous Intracoastal waterway home. Enjoy the finer amenities this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home has to offer. The first floor master suite has a queen bed and private bath with jetted shower. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a loft with 4 single beds. 'Day' bed in 2nd story sitting room. Central heat and air, high end kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, dual ovens and 6 burner gas stove, built-in grill), washer/dryer, 6 cable TV's, DVD players, wireless internet, surround sound system throughout house and on boat dock, hot tub, den on 2nd floor. Basement game room with TV/DVD, foosball and bumper pool tables. Other amenities include vaulted ceilings, screened outdoor living area with gas fireplace, enclosed outside shower with dressing area and garage. Private dock on waterway. Floating dock for boat up to 30ft. and ramp access 500 ft from dock. Within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and beach access. This is a NON-SMOKING home and NO pets are allowed. Cleaning is included!

Overall the house was great. The jacuzzi was a hit, fishing from the private dock was awesome, the views from the back porch were great. The only downside was when we arrived there were no shower towels, no sheets/pillow cases on the bed, and there was food in the fridge from the last guest. It looked like the cleaners started to clean the house and just never finished. When I messaged the host I didn’t get a response.

We had a great family vacation. The property was big enough. Loved the pier for those who fished. Hot tub was nice touch especially for the achy bones on the morning.

This is an amazing property, beautifully maintained and well equipped for a family. Awesome kitchen and game room. Definitely a must stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and made sure we had a nice vacation. Definitely booking again. One of the best experiences we have had in this area.

House was as advertised. Great location, wonderful fishing right off the dock. Water was is no-wake at this point so it's a great place to bring a boat and tie up. Owners were responsive, though they had repairs and services to be made while we were at the facility and those were interruptions and/or threats to interrupt privacy that one expects when vacationing. Communicate with them prior to check-in to ensure you know if and when they expect people at the house while you are there. They definitely did their best to make sure the experience was great.
