The quaint cottage is part of the completely renovated Château de la Barre, which has been in the family since 1404. Here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the countryside. After an eventful day exploring the Loire Valley, relax in the rooms with old wooden ceiling beams and authentic furniture. Make yourself comfortable and listen to the crackling of the flames in the fireplace, which provides a cozy atmosphere.
Château de la Barre is nestled in a 40-hectare park with completely unspoiled nature. A path lined with apple trees with sheep fields leads down to the castle fortifications and the magnificent ocher-colored facade of the château overlooking the fragrant flower garden and beyond it meadows, a pond, a stream and woods.
