This condo (A412) is located next to the owner's adjoining hotel room (A414). When available, both can be rented together to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup, perfect for families or couples traveling together.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
