As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. Access to home is by keypad code.

This house is 2 blocks (6 min walk) away from Main Street. We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please be aware house is not child-proofed. We don't provide any child beds (no pack-n-plays or bassinets etc.)



- This property is not pet-friendly.



- NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
