Welcome to the TREIBHOLZ-KOJE. This spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor will delight you with its fantastic location right by the sea and promises you a unique holiday experience.

Enjoy the side view of the harbour and be enchanted by the light-flooded living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining terrace. Here you can enjoy the midday sun to the full and be active outdoors thanks to the neighbouring green area.

The living/dining area is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows to the adjoining terrace and is flooded with light. Sunshine is guaranteed here. But that's not all: behind the terrace, a small garden area offers even more space for outdoor activities. A little luxury!

The TREIBHOLZ-KOJE is furnished in a maritime country house style and combines cosiness and elegance. The comfortable sofa in the living area converts effortlessly into a double bed and SKY TV provides entertainment. You can cook and socialise together in the modern fitted kitchen with extractor bonnet.

The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality double beds and TVs and offer direct access to the terrace. The spacious bathroom pampers you with a floor-level shower and perfect fittings.

Take advantage of the private car park right next to the house and the bicycle storage room to explore the surrounding area. Book your dream holiday at the TREIBHOLZ-KOJE now and experience unforgettable moments by the Baltic Sea.

Our favourite place: after an eventful day at the beach, you can snooze away the day comfortably in bed....

An exclusive pool and wellness area, which is open all year round and can be used free of charge, awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex. Dive into the pleasantly temperate water and let your gaze wander over the vastness of the Baltic Sea - an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and give you deep relaxation. Treat yourself to this little break and leave the stress of everyday life behind for a holiday full of peace, pleasure and new energy.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
