Located right next to the Virginia Capital Trail, enjoy walks and bike rides which will also take you right to the James River and endless outdoor adventures. When entering into the unit you will find yourself in the open concept living room and kitchen. Heated and cooled by a specialized HVAC system, you don't have to worry about large amounts of noise. High ceilings create a feeling of openness in a unit that is perfect for efficiency. Off the living room you will find the washer and dryer, along with the full bathroom to your right. To the left of the kitchen is the bedroom with a queen size bed and full closet. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, while sitting at the breakfast bar, or watching your favorite TV show on the 42" smart TV.

The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor, dripping in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.

The place itself was comfortable and cozy. Warm enough, and the temp controls worked well when needed. Keurig coffee maker and so-so shower ( I like more pressure from the showerhead, but that's me ) Enough dishes and supplies although sugar for the coffee would have been appreciated. The problem is the LOCATION. As others have said, there IS ONLY street parking, 1st come 1st served. SO that means you can park free from 8pm to 8am, IF you can fin a spot. Otherwise it's the lot next to the bulding for parking, and get ready to pay about 25 for overnight.There's a LOT of noise outside (yes, even now in winter) and because the bedroom window is next to the parking lot, noise and bright lights of people parking and idling their cars will fill that room with light til the wee hours.
