Great property! Stayed 3 nights. Very responsive. I would update the amenities to include an iron and hair dryer! BIG plus for me. Cleaning company needs to care for a few cobwebs….. other than that no complaints! Very clean and fresh smelling!

Perfect home in a nice neighborhood. Great for family and friends who are coming into the area to visit. We had friends in for a wedding, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and visiting. Enjoyable stay!

Amazing home to stay in. Host provided enough towels and linens everything in working order. The aesthetic of the home was great! Will definitely be booking this home again!

Upfront the listing should tell you that he requires a very large deposit or Mandatory insurance which significantly raises the cost of this house. This house is nice but in need of some upkeep. Baseboards, Paint and broken glass. Not horrible but on a house that requires insurance or large deposit it was in need of repair. The other thing to note is this house has no blinds and you can see in every window thru the thin curtains they have up. We hung blankets but did not like that at all. The Gross couch is covered by a sheet. What really got to us was when we went to check out this morning and took the pillowcases off all the pillows had dark brown and red stains. Checkout procedures say to remove sheets only. Which leads me to believe they do not wash comforters between rentals. Definitely in the bottom 2 of places we have ever stayed.
