Welcome to WHY KNOT RELAX, located in the sought-after Ocean Village Community. Why Knot Relax is the perfect vacation getaway spot. This large 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home sleeps 10 guests and offers ample parking for 5 vehicles or room for a boat. Enjoy your own private pool, relax on the balcony, and unwind after a day exploring Port Aransas. This corner lot home is located just minutes from the beach and all of the local restaurants, shops, and island attractions. Why Knot book and come relax by the pool while making great memories that will last a lifetime!
Pool heat is available for $100 per day and must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival. The pool is serviced twice weekly on Monday and Friday. Because the home is located near dunes, some sand may occasionally appear at the bottom of the pool.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
•There is no direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.

•For stays of 3-21 nights, as a gift to you, this home offers a beach gear credit for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items such as bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in
• VayK Gear will handle delivery and pickup
• A small delivery fee may apply
• Must place order 48 hours or more prior to your arrival

We loved the home and pool and location. Home was so clean and organized. Plenty of room and layout was perfect. Any questions we had were immediately responded to. Pretty much the best rental experience we have ever had. Strongly recommend!

This house was adorable and screamed “beach” the moment you walk in! It was clean and in a great location. The windows overlooking the pond was a joy to wake up to. It was a little chilly on the beach over Spring Break, so the location of the pool between the houses was nice to have so we could still be in the sun but have a wind block.We visit Port A often and this one will remain on the top of my list for future stays!

This fit our 3 couples perfectly with 2 king beds and a queen with each of us getting own bathrooms. We did not use the bunk room, pool was clean, not huge but perfect to hang out and enjoy. We grilled and made a couple meals all

Nice property and great location. Slightly diminished due to such cheap products used in house, otherwise it would be 5 stars (toilet paper super thin, watered down dish soap, trash bags so thin it was comical). Also, they warn you about the fridge needing time to cool, but it never did cool down to desired temp after days. Queen bed bathroom toilet float sticks in tank. If those things were remedied, 5 stars.
