The penthouse apartment MEERFÜRZWEI is ideally located between the lively harbour promenade and the extensive Weidefeld beach. This holiday apartment not only boasts a central location, but also a view of the surrounding water from every window. The unique view of the Schlei and Baltic Sea invites you to relax and linger in this apartment.

and linger.

The harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz with its growing range of amenities and shopping facilities as well as the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are within walking distance. The maritime mini-golf course is in the immediate vicinity and provides plenty of variety and fun.

MEERFÜRZWEI creates a feel-good atmosphere from the very first minute, thanks to the open-plan layout of the apartment and the light-flooded rooms with high ceilings. The open-plan living/dining area with integrated, high-quality equipped kitchen is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and offers a unique view.

Next to the comfortable sofa with TV, you will find the wood-burning stove, where you can enjoy the togetherness in Nordic slippery weather. You can access the covered roof terrace from the living area. Enjoy the sun on the lounge sofa and escape the daily grind. The dining area on the roof terrace invites you to enjoy a cosy games evening. An electric table barbecue is available for relaxed barbecue evenings.

The bedroom is also tastefully furnished to a high standard with an unmistakable view of the sunrise from the bed. If the weather is too grey to look outside, there is a TV in the bedroom for your entertainment. Restful sleep is guaranteed and beautiful dreams will come naturally.

Another highlight is the shower room with natural light. After a long day at the beach, you can enjoy the floor-level rain shower.

There is a car parking space at the house and charging facilities for electric cars. The direct online billing option makes it easy to operate the charging station. In the basement you have an additional charging facility for e-bikes and a storage area for your bike.

The penthouse apartment is easily accessible via a lift.

Our favourite spot: enjoying the view over the sea for two from the roof terrace with a cool drink.
