Once the capital of the Kingdom of Cochin, Ernakulam, is still a major centre for commerce in the state of Kerala. Thanal Villa, however, is in a laidback spot where greenery abounds, peace takes over and the coconut and rubber trees sway a tad more dreamily. The gurgling river being so close to the house is a major plus, and that’s what makes guests choose Thanal Villa time and again.
