There is also a rooftop terrace with outdoor seating, reached by exterior stairs. It gives you another place to sit together and take in the surroundings. Arenal Volcano can be visible from the terrace when the weather allows; clouds and rain sometimes hide the view.

It's a useful base if you want to combine pool time with restaurants, groceries and excursions around Arenal. Driving times vary with traffic and road conditions; plan on a car or arranged transportation for your outings.
