This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium home is a perfect getaway for groups or families of up to eight people. The whole home has an open concept with the living area featuring comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV: Relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report! The kitchen is completely remodeled with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. The dining room ties everything together with seating for up to six people at the table and room for four more at the counter.
Outside you’ll find a private hot tub with spectacular views of the Tenmile Mountain Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. There’s also a gas outdoor fire pit and gas grill that are perfect for enjoying the cool Breckenridge evenings. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We had a great visit. Breck had so much to do, lots of culture, food, recreation and shopping. It has it all. The urban farmhouse was just that! Two blocks from everything. Very walkable. And cosy farmhouse feel. It was great

This is a great location and very cute house with everything we needed! It is right downtown, a quick walk to restaurants and shops. And very easy to get to ski lifts with the free bus, and not too bad of a walk if you’re up for it. It was perfect for our annual group ski trip!

We loved our stay. Perfect location to ride gondola up the mountain or to walk around town. The updated kitchen is in the center of the house and was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space for meals and hanging out.

We stayed in this same property a year ago and there were broken light fixtures in the bathroom dirty rugs and water stains on the sealing. We expected after a year all those things would have been fixed but they were not. There was rusted toys in the backyard, large water stains on the ceiling and overall it was not very clean. There were visible cobwebs on the bottom of the couch and shower curtains had lots of mildew on them. The location is amazing but for the price I would expect it to be kept up we were so excited to stay here again so it was a disappointment that all the issues we notified them about were still not fixed.
