- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No parties: only registered guests are allowed.

-Events/ gatherings/ Photo Shoots are only permitted with prior approval and require confirmation along with payment of additional event fees.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Pool and Hot Tub: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. We do not provide pool towels.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NO HEATED POOL

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.



NO WEAPONS POLICY

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.
