The immense volume of the main floor emphasizes social life, an environment for reading, conversation, or family life, separating two perfectly defined floors:

1) above the main floor: a private upper study area, home to the master suite and its bright, glass-enclosed southeast gallery; and at its opposite end, a second, bright, glass-enclosed gallery to the north, overlooking the sea horizon.

Emblematic historic buildings, streets, and cultural vestiges from the 12th to the 17th centuries are surrounded by convents, Baroque, and Romanesque churches, an environment that exudes a strong medieval atmosphere.
