We cannot recommend this property enough! Absolute perfect setting at Spanish Steps. The apartment is gorgeous and filled with beautiful art for sale. There was nothing we needed as it is stocked full. The staff and owner were very attentive and arranged whatever tours we needed. Highly recommend this property!!!

This clean, modern apartment is a wonderful stay in Rome. We needed 6 bedrooms so I couldn’t imagine doing separate hotel rooms. The air conditioning was strong, the hot water plentiful, the washer/dryer combo was very handy for doing laundry, and the apartment had daily cleaning, which was a nice touch. Emanuele and the team was super helpful and a delight to deal with, making it as easy as possible with a dedicated WhatsApp group where we could ask questions or make requests any time. They made almost all our dining reservations for us, arranged one tour, one haircut, and three airport transfers. If you’ve ever had a hotel arrange tours or transfers for you, you’ll know what to expect in terms of pricing and convenience - if you have an inclination to manage the process and pricing more closely, you’ll want to do it yourself, but if you are not inclined to do so, it is a high end alternative to have their team do it for you. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the apartment if I returned to Rome, but I am quite comfortable and adept at arranging tours and transfers myself so would opt to do that.

It was absolutely amazing. The apartment and the house manager made it a memorable week. I cannot recommend this apartment enough for families looking for a 5 star experience. Take advantage of the management group for tours and experiences, it will be worth it

It is difficult to know where to begin. As someone who has traveled to Italy more than 20 times, Franco and his team provided my large Italian American family and I with an experience beyond expectations. The flat was amazing directly on Piazza Spagna. Franco and his team were attentive and professional. The excursions Franco & Emanuele arranged were extraordinary; Clavigero (Key Master) of the Vatican; Bagnoregio(the dying City) and Orvieto; 4 Holy Doors; Colosseum/San Clemente and golf cart tour of the secrets of Rome with Antonio. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, pleasant and fun. Five Stars for our guide Rosella (the 4 Holy Doors and Colosseum/San Clemente tours), a beautiful and proud Roman who shared her love and knowledge of the Eternal City. If you are looking to take your Roman experience to the next level Franco and his team is the group to engage with. They take care of everything. All of the experiences we had with them were 5 stars. Nothing was left to chance and we always felt safe and comfortable. Grazie Mille!
