Dazzling views, a prime location, and unique comfort are a few of this penthouse's many qualities. This designer condo is divided into 2 levels:
FIRST LEVEL
The first level features an open floor plan with high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals and is complete with a full-size refrigerator, a stove, oven, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. The comfortable living area is a great place to watch TV, contemplate the view, and relax after a day of sightseeing.
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city and the ocean. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.
The guest bedroom is also on this level and features a king size bed and a spacious closet for guests to store their belongings.
SECOND LEVEL
The upper level includes the master bedroom and a dedicated workspace. The bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-size bed, vibrant tones, and elegant furniture. The ensuite bathroom features a rain shower head and plenty of counter space.
COMMON AREAS - D'ESIRE
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, heated year-round—a rare find among Puerto Vallarta condos—along with a relaxing jacuzzi, multiple lounge and seating areas, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building features a purification water system throughout all condominium units and common areas, ensuring clean and safe water. Additionally, there is an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.
* In-house massage services are also available, which can be enjoyed on the rooftop or in the comfort of your suite.

The Neighborhood
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the D'esire building.
The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.
Getting Around
You don't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This property is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.
Other Things to Note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.

This is an outstanding property. Terrific in every way. Well decorated with a great wall of windows that open completely to a well-furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning or evening. Although right in the heart of Zona Romantica, the place is surprisingly quiet when the sliding glass doors are closed. The owner has thought of everything from yoga mats, beach/pool towels, beach bag, washer and dryer, motorized shades and a fully equipped kitchen. You can't want for anything more. Unit was very clean and the staff met us to get us acquainted with the place.

This property was perfect for a friends weekend. Transportation from the airport and check-in was a breeze, and the unit was even better than expected. Comfy beds, beautiful views, and all the amenities you could possibly need. Llanely was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions and recommendation requests. Shout out to bartender Ulysses at the pool for playing great music and making amazing cocktails!

Loved our stay over Christmas and New Year. The unit is well appointed and provides easy access to Old Town. The condo itself is well stocked, the owners have thought of everything and property management company was helpful and easily accessible.
The one downside was the noise from the bars below, after 10 pm you will want to keep the balcony doors closed, which was disappointing as they are accordian doors and open wide for an indoor/outdoor experience. On the plus side, you cannot pick up the noise from the bars in either bedroom.

I absolutely loved staying in this property. From the first moments walking through the front door the home I was blasted with light from the floor to ceiling sliding doors. I arrived in the afternoon so the west sun was shining brightly into the unit. You can also close the shades to cool the unit down or prevent that much light from coming in. The location of this condo is perfect. You are right in the middle of all the action in the Romantica Zone of Puerto Vallarta, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and easy access to food, medication, bars, and coffee. I cannot wait to return.
