Excellent location, very close to the Promenade des Anglais. Within walking distance of lots of sights, restaurants, and a little grocery store. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely. They met us upon arrival and departure, showed us all the amenities, and were available if we had questions.

We stayed for almost three weeks. Everything was great from start to end. The hosts were great met us on our arrival and were there when we were leaving. The apartment is in a great location for all that you want to do in Nice. Close to the beach, close to the train station and Old Town Nice. Would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

The property was very clean and well equipped with a large balcony. It is close to many restaurants and the promenade but the apartment is in a quiet street.
The owners were very helpful and met us on arrival.
