The renovated historic building houses four apartments, one of which is wheelchair-accessible, for a total of 11 beds. All are tastefully furnished and feature a private outdoor area.

Relaxation and fun are guaranteed thanks to the swimming pool (12x5 meters) and the opportunity to play soccer, volleyball, bocce, go hiking, and ride mountain bikes.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need, including linens, a dishwasher, and satellite TV.

There is a small playground for children.

Although the hills lie between the property and the sea, the coast is quite close: Puntone di Scarlino, with its harbor, and Follonica are about 15 km away, while Punta Ala—a prestigious marina and tourist destination—is 20 km away.

About 40 km to the south, past Grosseto (a city well worth visiting), lies the Maremma Regional Park with its pine forests, its wildlife-rich woodlands, its towers, and the Abbey of San Rabano, offering interesting trails and the pristine beach of Cala di Forno.
