Excellent unit for a couple or small family. We stayed two weeks and can say the unit has everything you need. Loved the view of the ocean. The place was clean and the bed comfy. The exterior storage closet is a great place to store your beach stuff so that you don’t drag a lot of sand inside. Parking was ample and is a mix of covered and uncovered. Very convenient on a rainy day. Although I have a service dog rather than a pet, it was nice to have a designated relief area stocked with bags and a place to put waste. The grilling area is nice and the location of the grills take into account the winds as they were faced in opposite directions. Communications with hose was excellent.
