This clean studio was well equipped with a balcony overlooking a relatively quiet side street, no more than 10 min walk to most attractions with a couple of restaurants right across from it. Kitchen was equipped for most basic cooking needs and there was a washer available. Only downside was the 4 flights of narrow stairs but we only had to navigate it 2x with the luggage. Would absolutely stay again as Raul was a lovely host

Great option for the price and location. The apartment is quaint and in an older building, it could use a few minor upgrades on amenities but overall it was perfect and I would book it again. It’s right in the center of everything to do.

We stayed during fallas festival and with all the festival noise the apartment remained quiet. The host was very nice and available if needed. The location was perfect.
