Perfect location for Rye Harbour. With parking, seating area in garden, fully equipped, with all that we needed. We even had the towels and bedding swapped half way through. The was an issue during our stay, but this was dealt with quickly and did not disrupt our stay.

This is a lovely property, furnished to a high standard, very comfortable and clean. Ample space to properly relax. The property is at the end of a very quiet road with very friendly neighbours. Excellent location to tour Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and visit local places of interest. Would highly recommend.
