We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Furnished with a queen size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. This unit features a spacious living room with a dining area, kitchen with full size appliances; and a bed with a private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

The property was very nice and the room was very clean (thanks Maria). The space was perfect size for two. Dukes pub was a bonus to walk over to and watch the women's final four basketball games (no driving). The location is great to get to everything. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely book again.

Overall, the experience was good, but we found the studio unit a bit dated, and quite small. Perhaps the 1 bedroom would be more spacious and updated. We also learned that we paid a lot more going through vrbo than we would have if booking directly, but that is not the fault of the property.

This is a cool place to stay! The rooms are basic and clean. It's the staff and commons area that makes the place the best. It's like a little community there with those staying months and the staff seems to know everyone. The commons areas are very nicely done with pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, ping pong, covered area, places to lounge, places to read.
