of the Tuscan countryside.
The accommodation (75 sqm), result of a careful renovation completed in 2018,
it consists of a comfortable kitchen-living room with 42-inch TV-SAT; a bedroom
double - with the possibility of adding a cot-; bathroom with large shower; small laundry
equipped with washer / dryer and ironing facilities. In the basement you will discover a large one
room with softi- vation, sometimes for a relaxation area, also equipped with a 42-inch TV-SAT and a sofa bed.
Wi-Fi connection and heating / air-conditioning system are included in the price.
The property, located on a hill overlooking the medieval village of Lastra a Signa,
It enjoys a strategic position to enjoy a peaceful stay but a 15-minute walk away
from the city center and the train station with which you can easily reach Florence (15
minutes), Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Bologna.
On request, a shuttle service is available to the railway station and the airports of Florence and Pisa.
Our guests will enjoy the tranquility of the place, but also of various conveniences in the immediate
vicinity, such as:

The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; a dining room / living room with a 42 inch satellite TV; one double bedroom with the possibility to add to cradle; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine / dryer and iron. In the basement we will discover a large room with a vaulted ceiling that can be a relaxation area with 2-inch satellite TV and sofa bed. WI-FI and heating / air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure is situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa. It is a strategic position because you can reach the village and the train station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive at the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to the railway station and to the airports of Pisa and Florence.
