This studio condo is located across the street from Sawgrass private beach access. You will have access to Sawgrass Private Beach and a community pool (1.5m from condo).

Renovated condo with High vaulted ceilings, screened in private porch, high speed wifi, built in desk for a fantastic remote work experience. Full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Keurig Coffee maker. Stacked washer and dryer. Bathroom has a separate vanity area, closet for your clothing etc, and a new walk in shower. Two beach chairs and beach towels are provided. This Studio sleeps 4 people. One queen bed and one pull out sofa.

Centrally located to area activities, grocery stores, shops, restaurants! Close to TPC Players, Jacksonville,TIAA Bank Field, Mayo Clinic, PV Concert Hall, St.Augustine and Amelia Island. Enjoy all that Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer! Max one car. Parking pass for one car provided (located inside on kitchen counter). This parking pass must be placed on the dashboard of the car when parked at the condo. Upon checking out, pls leave the parking pass on the kitchen counter for the next guest. Lost parking passes are subject to a replacement cost fee of $50.

**NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS** Person booking condo must be the guest that is staying at the condo. The number of guests must be disclosed at booking.. Maximum 4 guests which includes children. We reserve the right to cancel third party bookings and terminate reservation.

This is a 2nd floor condo with high vaulted ceilings however there are stairs. This is NOT a ground floor unit.There is no elevator. Please note that vacationers have access to the private beach but do not have access to the amenities offered at Sawgrass Beach Club as it is a members-only private club.
