It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a cosy living and dining area with a sofa bed and additional bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view – the perfect spot for breakfast overlooking the Adriatic or relaxed evening hours.



The additional equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, bed linen and towels. The landlord's washing machine can be used if needed, and a private parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are welcome by arrangement; certain services such as using the washing machine, bringing pets, or airport transfer may be subject to additional fees.
