Location was ideal for the event. House was very nice and could have used cleaning essentials. We went out to purchase dish and hand soaps and items such as aluminum foil so we could cook at the house. We didn’t make it to the hot tub but enjoyed several games of pool. Appreciated the flexibility with check out due to event schedule. Communication throughout was excellent and much appreciated. We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets (it was very chilly when we were there), and kitchen utensils. Lots of room, and centrally located on the Seneca Wine Trail. We had a very fun few days there.

The check-in process was a little challenging because I had to contact Evolve to ask for the instructions as we were pulling up but I received them right away when I asked.The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

Overall we had a great stay! When we arrived we found the house to be a bit warm and discovered the AC to not be working. The host was quick to respond and let us know they would be sending someone out. The next day the HVAC technician was on site and got us all fixed up and also recommended a wonderful bar/bbq joint close by that we ended up having a blast at! We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was very cloudy and had an odd smell so we did not get to enjoy that. But the other amenities of the house were as described and the location was great!
