If you stay once, you will want to return to this spacious 4BR, 4BA townhome in Fraser! Unique layout features 3 master suites, all with king beds and full attached bath, and a bunkroom that's perfect for the kids with it's own attached full bathroom. Top-of-the-line finishes are abundant throughout. Owned and loved by two local Denver families, this home is perfect for a larger family or group enjoying the mountains together.
Just uphill from the grocery store and restaurants, you will be 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 4 miles from the ski resort. Take advantage of the free shuttle that stops 50 yards from your front door to take you to town and the ski resort. Additional highlights include a well stocked kitchen, large two-story family room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, front deck with sunset views, back deck with gas grill, and a two-car heated garage to take the chill out of ski mornings. Garage includes a 220V plug for your EV.

Jay responded to every question very promptly! Told him we were bringing toddlers for Christmas and he put up a decorated Christmas tree. Lots of spices in cupboards. Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

We had a great time at the 711 Cramner House. There was a small complaint from the HOA president about our parking after we could not get two vehicles in the garage, but it was easily resolved when she offered a solution to another area and we could park in. The house was great and offered all the amenities of home..

Our party of 9 consisting of my family of 5, my brother and sister-in-law and their son, and my father-in-law had a great stay at this property. It was very well stocked and provided more than enough space for our group. There was an issue with the broiler briefly at the beginning of our stay, but the owner was very honest and accommodating throughout this little hiccup. They were able to get it back up and running quickly and and the rest of our stay was amazing. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely consider it in the future assuming our group size remains the same.

We loved this beautiful townhome. Not only did it have everything we needed for 8 adults and a toddler including 4br&4bath(all spacious & a two car garage. Once you walked in the door it was much more like being in a Villa than a townhome. All the appliances were great. One recommendation I think you need instructions for the TV & remotes.
