Fun beach house located 300 yards from the ocean in Island Park Cottages, 30 yards to community pool. Lots of room for a group with an eat in kitchen and large living space. Five bedrooms: 2 downstairs, with a shared bathroom and 3 upstairs. Master bedroom located upstairs with private bathroom. Large space under the house to lounge, grill and hang out, beach closet with bikes, surfboards, beach chairs and umbrellas. 2 public beach accesses are a five minute walk away. Community dock on the marsh for fishing, kayaking, watching beautiful sunsets and more. Restaurants, putt putt, ice cream shops and more a short bike or car ride away. Your fun in the sun awaits!
In summer season, minimum 7 days, always Sunday to Sunday!

Eat in kitchen with bar stools and a large kitchen table for family dinners
Living room with 55" Smart Roku TV, VCR and DVD player.
Back deck with a table and Adirondack chairs.
Bedroom number 1- Queen bed
Bedroom number 2- Double bed and Single bed
Upstairs:
Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with private full bath, TV
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Bedroom 5 - Queen bed, plus single bed
Bedroom 4-5 Share full bath on second floor
Additional shower outdoors on ground floor
Under the house (outside) features gas grill, picnic table, hammock, 2 hammock chairs, porch swing, child swing, ring toss and shower. Large grass area in back of house for lawn games. Storage closet includes beach chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys, games, some fishing supplies and more!

Great layout. Great location. Easy walk to the beach and the pool is across the street. Has all the beach equipment you’ll need and then some.There was a very odd (sour/rotten food) smell that lingered in the house for several days. We couldn’t find the source. Beds were not made when we got there. I’m not sure we’ve ever rented a house that required guests to make the beds. Not ideal when you’re arriving well into the evening with young kids after a seven hour drive.Wet towels were left in the washing machine (not the source of the smell… but not great either).Sheets definitely need replacing. They are worn out and discolored. Master bed not the most comfortable. But the house is in a quiet area and very peaceful.

Plenty of space for our family reunion of 9 family members. Home was stocked well with Beach accessories, kayaks, bikes,gas grille, picnic table and chairs. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils etc. Great location to beach and community pool across from us. Nice area

Property had everything you need for a family— games, pool and beach accessories including towels. Kitchen equipped with all the items needed for cooking and plenty of glasses and dishes. 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool directly across the street.

Just an overall great location. The pool is just steps away and the beach is only a short walk to the access point. The home truly has everything you need.
