The place itself was great—clean and exactly as pictured. However, the check-in process was a bit difficult, and having more detailed information prior to arrival would have made things much smoother. Overall, a good stay, but the communication around check-in could be improved.

We have been coming to Palm Island for about 35 years. Obviously love it! This year you could still see damage from last years hurricanes but they are working hard getting everything back to normal.

Reviewer Comments:
We stumbled onto this resort while doing a search for Florida destinations as we were getting ready to leave our vacation in Pensacola. This place did not disappoint! It was exactly the relaxing, peaceful environment we were hoping for. The 3 bedroom we stayed in was lovely and the setting was magical! We will definitely be back!
