The main level/ 2nd floor features an open kitchen/dining/ living area perfect for socializing/ entertaining.

The kitchen boasts gleaming granite counter tops and bar with 4 stools for additional seating/ eating space, stainless steel appliances, two walls of 42” cabinets, huge walk-in pantry, and for the coffee lovers; a KEURIG and a traditional coffee maker. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a huge table and 8 chairs; and this transitions seamlessly to the living room with plush furnishings including a QUEEN sleeper sofa, two love seats, and 70' SMART TV. Natural light and ocean breezes pour through the double French doors leading to your private ocean view deck that spans the entire width of the home.

BEDROOM #3 is on the main level/ 2nd floor directly behind the kitchen. It offers a KING size bed, 43" SMART TV, dresser, end table, and direct access to a newly renovated full bathroom with tiled floors and subway tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass doors.

All main level/ 2nd floor living areas have hardwood floors, the bedroom floors are water/scratch resistant LVP, and the full bathroom is tiled.

The 3rd floor showcases the massive owner's suite with private deck offering breathtaking long range ocean views, KING SIZE BED, huge walk-in closet, 60" SMART TV, and private en-suite tiled bath with double vanities, tiled walk-in shower with double shower heads, and JETTED JACUZZI TUB BIG ENOUGH FOR TWO!!!

The back bedroom has a KING bed, 43" SMART TV, two night stands, and direct access to a tiled full bath with tub/shower combo.

The Baby Sea Animal themed BUNK ROOM was strategically placed in the middle of the hallway between the master bedroom and the back bedroom to help keep an eye on the little ones; and it's every child's dream come true!!! It has two tri-level bunk beds with ladders for a total of 6 TWIN MATTRESSES, a wall mounted 43" SMART TV with remote, spacious closet, and DVD/ Blue Ray.

The 3rd floor hallways are hardwood, all 3 bedrooms are brand new water/scratch resistant LVP, and both full baths are ceramic tiled.
