Kaleob was an amazing host and had clear/quick communication. Our dogs were comfortable and stress-free! The host provided us with some great recommendations for the area. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do on this trip. If we were ever to visit the area again, we would defintely check for availability at the Cozy Cottage! Thanks Kaleob for everything!!

True to their word,if you want peace and a place to unwind this is the place for you. Our cabin was clean and rustic, located near stores and shops if we needed to run and get things,Plus part; you are literally 2-3 minutes away from the Elk River, located on the property,unfortunately due to all the rain we couldn't fish cause of the fast current and high rise of the river. It's beautiful!

The location was perfect, the grounds on cabin were spacious for the dogs to play. We arrived on Saturday and property needed to be mowed, which was done on Monday. Some suggestions for improvement would be; newer bath towels, towel rack/shelf in bathroom, better seating in living-room, couch recliner was broken and not enough seating. Instructions for the TV use would be helpful. New Toilet seat on first floor (did not fit toilet), A/C filter needed to be changed, lightbulbs in kitchen and living room needed to be replaced, could have used sharper knives for kitchen use, larger throws/blankets in living room (adult size)and hangars in closet and a wood splitter to cut wood, not sufficient wood stored.
