Located in Paradise! Less than a mile from the CBMR base area, this home sleeps 12! Large wood burning fireplace between a spacious living room and dining room, additional sitting area in the loft. Plenty of room for the whole family to sleep comfortably after an adventurous day of skiing, biking, hiking & fishing!!

There is room for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Parking is not permitted on the street in Mt. Crested Butte.
**Please note the driveway is sloped and a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended during the winter when sudden large amounts of snow may be received at one time. If vehicle assistance is requested from the management company an additional fee of will be incurred per occurrence/trip**
*New in the Winter of 2023/2024- Free on-demand shuttle from the front door and drop in the CBMR base area from 7:15am-12:15am

The home site was on a neighborhood street where our young kids could safely ride bikes . The unobstructed view from the back of the house made us feel we were in a national park! Deer and horses, hawks and bluebirds filled the valley and the silence made us feel we were a million miles away from civilization. The house has older furnishings but very functional for the most part. The beds were very comfortable. Our concerns were addressed by the management company. We would come back! Thank you.

We have stayed at several places in CB- and this place is not the best, but it’s not the worst. No garage- which I guess I missed when looking initially. One of the cabinets was FULL of mouse droppings. We just pinned that cabinet shut. Pretty sure there was a dead mouse somewhere as there was flies in the house in the middle of winter. One of the toilets (lower level) did not flush well at all- and zero recycling facilities. All of that said, it probably has every kitchen gadget you could want or need.
