Las Terrazas 6 is a beautiful two-storey villa with private swimming pool, located in the highest area of the residential complex Las Terrazas, in Salobre Golf Resort. Here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains and the golf course in an atmosphere of privacy and silence.

This villa with private pool in the south of Gran Canaria has two large double rooms, one with a double bed on the first floor, with direct access to the garden and the pool. The other room, on the first floor, has two single beds. This room leads to a fantastic terrace with panoramic views.
Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom with bathtub.
The private swimming pool at Las Terrazas 6 has safety stairs for better access. The beautiful views from the pool towards the golf course and the mountains, enhance the experience of relaxation.
This exclusive villa has two terraces, one of which is a solarium on the first floor, and outdoor dining areas as well as a barbecue.
El Salobre Golf Resort is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is located only just a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

Rectangular-shaped, poolside shower, stainless steel ladder and roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 5 metres long, 2 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.

A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 500 euros is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge for the total duration of the stay.

We spent an amazing week in Salobre Golf with our family.The villa is perfect for 4 people (including 2 children) and the atmosphere around the golf is peaceful. The outside of the villa is very much enjoyable, especially the patio part.The communication has been great with all the crew throughout the week.

We spent a pleasant few weeks in Gran Canaria in El Salobre. The villa needs some upgrading as does the outdoor area. The decking needs fixed and maintained and drains covered. There was no pads for the sun loungers the first two weeks, someone brought them for our last week which made a difference. There are a lot of building works going on Mon-Fri, realise this is unavoidable but it was noisy. The living area seating is not conducive for 4 people to relax comfortably and as we had to spend time in the villa a lot due to illness this was disappointing. There was a bad drain smell in the kitchen from we arrived which we reported. We enjoyed the pool, we paid to have it heated and it was a great temperature. We also hired a car which you will need for this villa or get taxis. The surroundings are lovely especially if you are a golfer. We spent a few pleasant afternoons at the restaurant/bar at the entrance and the food was lovely.
