The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob and a coffee machine, for delicious meals.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This charming home is situated in an excellent location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away, guests can visit the iconic Luís I Bridge and the stunning Porto Cathedral. After a day of sightseeing, guests can dine at nearby restaurants such as Capa Negra II and Restaurante Abadia do Porto. With its convenient location and proximity to popular attractions and dining options, this apartment is the perfect choice for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Porto.
It is conveniently situated within walking distance to Carolina Michaelis station (10 minutes) and Lapa station (12 minutes), providing easy access to public transportation for exploring the city. The apartment is in a central location, making it convenient for guests to visit nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Property is in a nice neighborhood, some hip cafes and stores around but not too in the throng of cruise ship tourists. The property was fairly easy to access, clean and everything was as advertised. Not really any outside noise being at the top of the building and theres an elevator so no worries about luggage. We were worried about bright sun waking us up and heating the place up but the windows and blinds open, so its not a concern. Nothing really negative to say!
