• Main level: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining area, breakfast nook, half bathroom, twin daybed in kitchen area.
• 2nd level: 3 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen), 2 full bathrooms
• Pool House: Half bathroom with separate shower. Pool heating available, rates vary by season.
• Pool Depth: 3'6" - 6'6". Pool Dimensions: 16'x36'.
• Drip coffee maker available for guest use (coffee not supplied). Kitchen is equipped with a SodaStream, two blenders, kitchen aid mixer, food processor, popcorn maker, hand blender, French Press and Creuset pot set.
• Only 10 minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza.
• Pets negotiable.
Climate Control: The downstairs living areas feature central heating and air conditioning, while each upstairs bedroom is equipped with its own individual heating and AC unit for personalized comfort.
Should the power go out the house is equipped with a backup generator that will automatically turn on during an outage.

Gorgeous property with lots of sitting areas and places to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We even saw hot air balloons one morning! We took advantage of the complimentary Croix tasting and loved the wines- definitely check it out if you are into Russian River Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. There was an issue with the hot tub but we got assistance right away and the technician worked hard to get it fixed.

This is a great location with wonderful outdoor space and nice layout of the home. A perfect spot for a long weekend or longer. Great views on the wrap around deck. Would definitely come back.

Great spot for wine tasting in Sanoma! Beautiful views and quiet atmosphere went well with the lovely wine. Middle of march a little early for the pool but the hot tub felt great at night. Would stay there again.

Lovely location. Beautiful yard. Wish we would have had more time to spend in the outdoor areas Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Few minor issues (nothing that affected our stay) with the home. Owners said they'd come the next day, but never did. We likely would stay there again if in the area.
