2-room duplex apartment for 4 people of 30 m2 completely renovated in December 2022 .1 bedroom on the mezzanine (double bed 140 x 200) and a sleeping area with double bed (80 x 190).
Located on the first floor of a small residence of 13 apartments. Built in 1985. Place called LES RIONDES, 750 m from the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the blue slope of Beauregard (link with the whole area) and hiking departures. The most beautiful view of the Aravis chain and the village. Quiet. Free shuttle stop 100m away.

La Clusaz is a very pleasant station even in summer. Many things to do when you like walking bike and hikking in the mountains. Not far from Le Grand Bornand where many others sport activities are possible.
